On Wednesday, July 25, Gasparian Spivey Immigration's Kathleen Gasparian will moderate a free CLE sponsored by the Federal Bar Association and the Immigration Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association titled “Immigration Law or Rhetoric?” In it, Kathleen and Kenneth Mayeaux of Mayeaux Sardi will deal with the ways that the current immigration climate affect Louisiana, as well as current important issues include “zero tolerance” and the possible creation of an Article I immigration court.
