At Gasparian Spivey Immigration, we value a personal, individualized approach to the practice of immigration law. We have clients in Acadiana because of the work we do in employment-based and education-based immigration, so it simply made sense to find a way to be more available to them. It helps that we love Lafayette and visit it regularly.

We do a lot of work with employment-based and education-based immigration, and we help individuals get here and stay here. We work with them to earn citizenship and we help clients unite their families. We do our best to protect them from removal, and obtain lawful status including green cards.
We have argued for national interest waivers and for individuals with extraordinary abilities. We help companies deal with short-term and long-term needs including getting the appropriate visas for workers and helping them devise worksite enforcement and compliance strategies.
