At Gasparian Spivey Immigration, we value a personal, individualized approach to the practice of immigration law. We’re best able to help our clients when we have the kind of communication that comes with face-to-face meetings. That was part of the point when we opened our first office in downtown New Orleans. We both moved separately to go to university and have made New Orleans our home, raising our families here. It’s important for us to be in the heart of the city where could not only feel connected to New Orleans but be accessible to the schools, the business community, and anyone who needs the kind of help we can provide.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 has made it necessary that we meet all of our clients telephonically or by video conferencing. As soon as it is safe to do so again, we will schedule appointments in our New Orleans office.
We have experience solving a broad range of immigration matters and take care to give our clients the individualized, personal attention that we have made a hallmark of the company. We do a lot of work in employment-based and education-based immigration, and we help individuals get here and stay here. We work with them to earn citizenship and we help clients unite their families. We do our best to protect them from removal, and obtain lawful status including green cards. We have argued for national interest waivers and for individuals with extraordinary abilities. We help companies deal with short-term and long-term needs including getting the appropriate visas for workers and helping them devise worksite enforcement and compliance strategies. We bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to immigration law and look forward to seeing our clients in Greater New Orleans and the surrounding regions in person.
