Leadership in Law, Jenn Boone Joins GI, and Immigration Options for Business Students

On Friday, New Orleans CityBusiness named its 13th “Leadership in Law” class, and I am honored to be included in prestigious company from across the broad span of the law profession in New Orleans. You can see who else was named to this year’s class at NewOrleansCityBusiness.com, and on May 26, New Orleans CityBusiness will include a special insert profiling everybody honored.

In other news, Jenn Boone is now a full-time member of Gasparian Immigration. Jenn has been working part time as a paralegal here since last summer, and I’m glad to have someone with her experience and professionalism working with me.

Finally, I was pleased to be invited to speak at Rutgers University last January to students pursuing MBAs and other business degrees about their post-graduation visa options, and to the faculty and advisors who work with them. I’d intended to post the slides from my talks last month, but the executive orders on immigration and travel coming out of the White House became the primary topic of conversation in the immigration law field and pushed them to the back burner. I include them here in case they help you get some perspective on your own immigration needs.
